If your email is verified in your JioAICloud account, you should receive an OTP on your email to log in. Sometimes, email OTPs may be delayed for various reasons, so please wait for a while if you don't receive it immediately. Also, check your Spam folder as OTP emails can occasionally be redirected there by email providers.

JioAICloud sends a 6-digit OTP for login purposes. If you're not receiving the OTP, please ensure:

·      You are using the correct registered mobile number.

·      Your device is connected to the network without any generic network issues.

·      DND (Do Not Disturb) is not accidentally activated for JioAICloud.

Try restarting your phone or toggling airplane mode on and off. If the issue persists, please contact JioAICloud customer care at care.jioaicloud@jio.com with your details and mobile number for further assistance.

Starting October 14th, 2025, JioAICloud has discontinued support for social login options such as Google, Facebook, and Apple. Users who previously used these methods will no longer be able to access their accounts via social logins.

Note: Several emails have been sent to the relevant users before discontinuing this login mechanism.

Unfortunately, accounts created through social logins are no longer accessible after October 13th, 2025.

No, after the discontinuation of social login support on October 14th, 2025, account or data recovery will not be possible for the concerned accounts.

To keep your JioAICloud account secure, we verify your email if you try logging in from a new device after 90 days of inactivity.
Mobile numbers in India may be reassigned to new users after a period of non-usage, as per TRAI guidelines.This verification ensures that your data stays protected and that only the rightful owner can access the account.
